Information, education, and communication, or behavior change communication (often referred to as IEC/BCC), are terms used to describe programs, materials, or activities that can help people make informed decisions about changing their behaviors. SMARTWork has a growing collection of these materials that address HIV prevention, stigma and discrimination, and other workplace-related topics, available here in a searchable database.

Unless otherwise noted, materials are copyright-free, and can be modified for use in a variety of workplace settings. We are always adding more materials, so if you have an item you think should be included in our database, please contact us.
