Understanding current conditions, practices, and attitudes among employers, workers, and government officials toward HIV/AIDS is essential to helping organizations develop effective workplace policies and prevention strategies. Attitudes and practices can vary widely depending on country, industry, job, or work setting. Through research and discussions with employers, workers, and government officials, we've developed organizational profiles that are representative of each sector, serve as models for workplace intervention, and/or highlight the opportunities for organizations to establish HIV/AIDS programs and policies.
